Diverse and Delicious Dining

The diverse kids activities were well-organized and engaging.

Our stay was frustrating from the start. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared , leaving us with numerous unanswered questions. To make matters worse, the walking distance to the beach was exhausting, especially during the heat. After spending hundreds per night, it's frustrating to find extra costs adding up for basic needs like water. It felt commercialized and impersonal, far from the relaxing retreat we anticipated.

Our family had a great experience with the unique climbing wall in our Deluxe Family Room that kept the kids entertained. The adult areas, especially the sauna and relaxation facilities, provided a nice escape. The dining options at breakfast and dinner were abundant, catering well to different tastes. A picturesque garden view added a lovely touch to our meals.

The walk to the beach was quite lengthy, especially with small children in tow.

Proper family vibes, mate! The kids were chuffed with the climbing wall in our room. Food was top-notch, loads of options for fussy eaters. Only downside? Walking to the beach was a right trek in the heat, innit?

Sweet as pools, but the beach access was a trek! Lucky the kids had a blast while we relaxed. Got a bit too noisy at meal times, though.

Loved the kids’ private swimming class and the fun walking trail. The water bottles were refreshed daily, which was a nice touch. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The kids were occupied with the climbing wall and various fun workshops. Delicious meals and excellent staff made our stay enjoyable.

A Family Haven with Room for Improvement

Our stay for 7 nights was enjoyable, especially with the diverse dinner options that pleased even the pickiest eaters. Despite some struggles with crowded meals and room cleaning, the activities for kids kept them entertained. Future guests should try to dine early to avoid the rush!

Fantastic family hotel with delightful amenities! The kids absolutely loved the Falky Land, where the activities were endless, and the meals offered a great variety that every picky eater could enjoy. We even discovered a climbing wall right in our room, how cool is that? The staff made us feel at home, especially the attentive restaurant team that ensured we always had delicious food on our plates.

We had a blast at this family-centric resort! The kids loved the variety of pools and especially the thrilling water slide, while the climbing wall in our Superior Family Room kept them entertained for hours. Meal times were a treat, with a vast array of delicious options for everyone, making it hard to pick just one favorite dish. some of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak times, which hindered the overall service experience.

The staff was super helpful. and the pools were spacious, especially the baby pools for our little one. The climbing wall in our room kept the kids entertained. such a fun touch! The facilities were clean and well maintained.
